They are smaller groups in the church that meet and grow together outside of regular church services. Community Groups share life together, rely on each other, and grow in faith together.
why is it IMPORTANT?
Church without community doesn't amount to much, we all need someone that we can rely on in life. Community groups are able to connect on a deeper level than is possible in a 90-minute Sunday service and spend the time to really get to know you and your family. Plus we have a blast doing it!
What do community groups do?
A body of believers that all do life separately is not a body at all. We must be connected in a deeper way than just a passing "Hi" at church on Sunday.
1. Have Fun Together
We want to have fun while we grow together! Our community groups enjoy each other's company creating events that you look forward to coming to.
2. Study together
While we come together to have fun and normally eat delicious food we also want to take time to grow together around the Word. We must remain on mission together.
3. Share life together
Connection is key and part of that is getting to do life with other believers in your area. We strive to connect and share what is going on in life, the good and the bad.
4. be there for each other
Life is sometimes a rollercoaster and we need help! Community groups rally around each other in times of need and in times of celebration!
It's time to get connected.
"And let us consider how to stir up one another to love and good works, not neglecting to meet together, as is the habit of some, but encouraging one another" (Hebrews 10:24-25)
